Arts Education Collaborative is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and visitors. In the regular course of business, Arts Education Collaborative collects a variety of visitor information, including names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. This information is stored and protected in accordance with best business practices. Arts Education Collaborative makes use of this information in accordance with this privacy policy.
User Information
User mailing addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses are never shared with other parties, though some of this information is available to visitors through the Arts Education Directory and to registered users through AEC Connect. E-mail Addresses
Arts Education Collaborative does not share user e-mail addresses with any other parties. E-mail addresses are used occasionally by Arts Education Collaborative to contact users with the intention of sharing information and opportunities. Occasionally, we trade our email lists with other arts and non-profit organizations. Users who wish not to be contacted by Arts Education Collaborative may have their e-mail addresses removed from the list by calling 412-201-7405 or e-mailing Info@artsedcollaborative.org with “Privacy Policy – E-mail Address” in the subject line.
Mailing Address Information
Arts Education Collaborative collects mailing address information primarily to inform users about company information and opportunities. Arts Education Collaborative does not rent or sell mailing address information to other entities. Occasionally, we trade our mailing lists with other arts and non-profit organizations. Opting Out
Users who do not wish to receive updates and information from Arts Education Collaborative may opt out by e-mailing us at Info@artsedcollaborative.org “Privacy Policy – Opt Out” in the subject line or calling us at 412-201-7405. When communicating with us, users should let us know whether they do not wish to receive mail, phone calls, e-mails, or have their mailing information shared with other arts or non-profit organizations.

The Arts Education Collaborative Web site contains links to other Web sites that we think our users may find of interest. Arts Education Collaborative does not review these Web sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Arts Education Collaborative makes every effort to ensure the security of its network, systems, and facilities. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information‚ we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss‚ misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. AEC does not retain financial information beyond the requested processing.
