Brief Description:

On December 8, 2009, the Arts Education Collaborative and Attack Theatre are pleased to offer this one-day professional development opportunity at the new home of Attack Theatre studios in the Strip District. This workshop is designed for elementary physical education teachers addressing: aligning curriculum  to the PA Academic Standards; including movement/dance in planned instruction; and knowing about additional resources that are available to support your work

Now in its fourth iteration, this workshop has proven to enable physical education teachers to actively engage in strategies that can be directly taken into the classroom, become familiar with regional resources to support their efforts and assess their own future learning needs.

Cost to participate is $75 and pre-registration is required. Participants are eligible to receive 5.5 hours of ACT 48 credit.
