Mission/Vision/Goals
The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh nurtures children's innate joy,
creativity and curiousity. We provide developmentally appropriate
exhibits, programs, and opportunities for play both inside and outside
of the Children's Museum. Our Outreach Program offers dramatic programs
that educate and entertain with a wide variety of artistic media.
Training for teachers includes creative play, storytelling, puppets,
problem solving and early literacy for state continuing education
credit or Act 48 hours in collaboration with the Intermediate Units.
