Mission/Vision/Goals
Manchester Craftsmen's Guild is a center for arts and learning that is dedicated to inspiring urban youth, and promoting cultural discovery through encounters with diverse artists and their work. MCG houses two galleries, studios for photography, ceramics, drawing/printmaking and digital arts. A 350-seat concert hall is linked to a high-tech audio and visual producation suite. ATP, an after-school arts and career exploration program is available free to Pittsburgh Public High School students.  Art Explorers links exhibitions with hands-on studio activites designed for middle school students.  Artists-in-Schools partnership with Pittsburgh Public Schools, fosters arts enrichment in the classroom, interdisciplinary curriculum and community involvement to enhance academic achievement.
