Public Policy to Support the Arts and Education in PA
THE ARTS AND EDUCATION SYMPOSIUM
Thursday, October 13, 2011
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The State Museum of Pennsylvania
Harrisburg
A great professional development opportunity!
Please join arts and education leaders from across Pennsylvania and the nation to participate in crucial discussions about the public policy implications of the arts in Pennsylvania’s schools and communities. Symposium discussions will inform the work of the Education Policy and Leadership Center’s Arts and Education Initiative (AEI), which is generating a report including actionable policy recommendations for legislators and other key audiences to be released in February of 2012.
The Arts and Education Symposium is presented by EPLC with the generous support of the Heinz Endowments, the William Penn Foundation, and the Buhl Foundation.
Questions? Email AEI Director Jordan Crosby: crosby@eplc.org
