JANE
WALL
Jane
Wall is currently teaching instrumental music grades 3-7 in the
Pittsburgh Public Schools. She has also taught elementary
general music in Pittsburgh and in the Fox Chapel School District
. Jane is a member of the team that developed the Pittsburgh Keyboard
Project, a Grable Foundation Grant held by Dr. Natalie Ozeas and
Carnegie Mellon University . She has presented workshops for music
educators in Pittsburgh and at the state and local level of PMEA.
Jane
has attended the Governor's Institute for Arts Educators, is a member
of the Pittsburgh Symphony Educators Committee, and is a contributor
to the new Warner Bros.K-5 teacher resource materials. She
has trained numerous student teachers from Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne
University and has been the recipient of numerous grants and awards.
Jane is a member of the steering council of the Arts Education Collaborative,
a past participant in the Leadership Academy , and is currently
serving as a fellow for the organization
